Recharge with Fall Yoga
This October Lake Geneva retreat lets the colors of fall brighten your heart.
The Wisconsin Fall Color Report estimates the third week of October will be peak time for finding your favorite color in Lake Geneva. Come for the fall color and stay for a luxury yoga retreat on the lakefront October 21-23. The theme of this year’s Autumn Yoga, Gong and Meditation Retreat at Heartland Spa is Retreat into You: A Transformational Journey Home.
A Quiet Place
Never been on a retreat? This is an awesome place to start to lighten your heart, recharge, plug in and come back to everyday existence with a new zest and joy of life. When we retreat, we go in. We go into that quiet place – free from distractions – where all the answers are stored. We remember the feeling of joy. We remember why we are here. We put life back into perspective and begin to reflect on what is really important. We do that by leaving our stressed out realities behind and remembering what is important in life.
Remember, you’ll be gathering with people looking to experience the same things as you. You will make new friends, you will chant, dance, practice yoga, eat healthy food and enjoy great conversations.
You will learn practices to support you on your journey well beyond the three days.
I will be facilitating the retreat and am honored to pair up with a few great musical talents: Carol Crawford of Preet for early morning meditation and afternoon meditation on Saturday; and Crown of Eternity, a national duo playing Saturday night and Sunday morning.
Retreat highlights, in addition to yoga, meditation and healing music, include:
- A spa treatment.
- Friday night mini acupuncture and gong experience (optional).
- Vision boarding.
- Video class with master teacher Yogi Bhajan.
- Breathwalk and meditation on the dock (weather permitting).
