Common Ground – Immigrant Tales

Annie Polland, Ph.D., will bring Common Ground – Orchard & Delancy Streets in New York City, to life during this Creative Living Series event. Dr. Polland will share stories that form the museum exhibit. She will give glimpses into the fragile existence of the European, Puerto Rican and Chinese refugee families that escaped the Holocaust, but later migrated into Manhattan’s lower east side. Following her talk, Dr. Polland will answer questions from the audience, fulfilling the Creative Living Series as an experience of both inspiration and entertainment.
