Williams Street Festival
Mark your calendars! Raue Center For The Arts is excited to announce Williams Street Fest featuring Modern Day Romeos’ 6th Annual 10th Anniversary Fan Fest! Williams Street Fest will take place from
4 p.m. – 11 p.m. on June 3, 2017 and will be held in the Brink Street Parking Lot, located at 45 Brink Street in downtown Crystal Lake.
“Crystal Lake is such a great community to celebrate. We have an amazing lineup for this event. The first year was such an amazing success – with more than four thousand people in attendance – that the city administration, the business community and downtown Crystal Lake all collaborated on the best way to maximize growth for everyone,” Executive Director, Richard Kuranda said. “Our hope is that we can provide a source of economic growth and that the Williams Street Fest environment communicates a sense of community pride and small town wholesomeness.”
Williams Street Fest is an exciting summer festival that is fun for the whole family! Williams Street Fest will feature performances by local favorites including Jimmy Nick & Don’t Tell Mama, LAVA Rock and Modern Day Romeos! In addition to live music, the festival will also feature poetry and spoken word from local veterans as well as a variety of street performers from Imaginez Ensemblez rotating throughout the evening. Williams Street Fest will also feature local food vendors, beer from Crystal Lake Brewing – including their new Fox Rocker and Busted Prop – and more!
Williams Street Fest is made possible by the generous support of Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. Raue Center would also like to thank entertainment sponsors McHenry County Living and Eisenmann Corporation as well as beer garden sponsors Sage Products, LLC and Beyond Stable Farm, LLC for their support of this event. If you are interested in sponsoring this event, please contact Amanda Dunal at 815.356.9010 ext. 22 or email@example.com.
All proceeds from this event will go directly to support Raue Center’s mission to bring the arts to all in our community through its in-house theatre company, Williams Street Repertory. WSRep is McHenry County’s only professional theatre company and a member of the League of Chicago Theatres. Raue Center For The Arts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in historic downtown Crystal Lake. For more information, visit rauecenter.org.
