The Care4 5K is celebrating its 23rd anniversary! Together, we have made it possible for the uninsured adults of our county to have access to health care when the need it the most. Giving HOPE to so many and Caring 4 our community- it's just who we are and how we roll in McHenry County!

Join us after the 5K for a morning / afternoon of friends, family, good food, and great drinks. Chef BNB kicks it off with a special breakfast menu and Bike Dude starts Smashing Burgers for Lunch. Live music will fill the air all day. Their will be raffle prizes and more.
