Mindfulness & Movement in College Planning

Join Jackie Postelnick for an informative class in the Salt Room that incorporates movement and mindfulness before digging into how to plan for college.

This event is for parents, but bringing your teen is encouraged!

30 mins of yoga followed by 30 minutes of How to Plan for College, and 30 mins of questions and open discussion. 

No yoga experience necessary, come with an open mind! 

Fox River MedSpa in Algonquin provides mats but attendees are encouraged to dress comfy, bring questions, and paper + pen to take notes. 

Jackie has 10 years experience in college planning and funding. She is an amazing resource in our community who believes that college planning can be done in an easeful way, when you have the proper support and knowledge.
