As mentioned above, we are excited to feature Steve Burton as our spotlight speaker at this year’s Inspirational Breakfast. Steve will provide remarks titled: Mindset Matters: Turning Adversity into Victory. Building you and others
Steve Burton is an award-winning actor turned coach for men and women who want to get physically, emotionally, and spiritually fit. Having been rejected by hundreds of casting directors before landing roles on General Hospital and The Young and the Restless, Steve knows the power of perseverance. Driven to succeed, Steve would go on to win two Daytime Emmy awards as Outstanding Supporting Actor and work alongside Robert Redford and Steven Spielberg in The Last Castle and Taken.
In the past few years, with life taking unexpected and challenging turns, Steve redefined what success meant to him. The search for success turned inward. He began devouring materials on mindset work and developed a morning routine that transformed his entire day and life. He discovered the true power of self-discipline: early wake ups, workouts that pushed him mentally, combined with caloric deprivation to get into the best shape of his life at the age of 50. In 2022 Steve launched M3 (Mind, Muscle, Macros) to help clients experience the same mind, body, spirit transformation that has enabled him to overcome unexpected adversity while operating from a place of love, gratitude and abundance. By the mindset work and daily disciplines he has put in place, he was able to see adversity in a different light: that the adversity is there to teach. Without adversity, there is no victory.
